From the 4 type onward, an additional fee will apply.

I reserve the right to share the commissioned work on my social media, with credit to the client.If the client shares the work publicly, they must credit me and include a link to my X account or website as the artist.For Vtuber model work, the client is required to credit me as the artist on their social media, and include a link to my X (formerly Twitter) or official website.---------------------------------------NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
I retain the right to share any commissioned work on social media or portfolio platforms, unless the client requests otherwise.
If you wish the work to remain private, please discuss this before placing an order.An additional NDA fee will apply.---------------------------------------Refunds
In the unlikely event of a violation of the terms and conditions, the artist reserves the right to cancel the order.If payment has not yet been made, the subscriber has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting cancellation of the order.
Refunds cannot be made after payment.If any refund is forced through a third party, all rights to the artwork will be stripped from the contractor, and the artist will retain the rights to the artwork and the right to sell it to other buyers. If this occurs, the offending contractor will no longer be able to accept future commissions for artwork.---------------------------------------Transfer of DeliverablesWhether paid or unpaid, please make sure to contact me in advance if you wish to transfer deliverables to another party.[Transfer-Related Fees]
・Regardless of whether the deliverables are used or not, a transfer-related fee (including usage rights) will always apply.

ご希望がない限り、作品はSNSやポートフォリオなどで公開させていただきます。
非公開をご希望の場合は、事前にその旨をお知らせください。
追加料金が発生いたします。---------------------------------------返金について
以下の場合、返金はできません。
・支払い後のキャンセル
・第三者を通じて強制的な返金手続きを行った場合（この場合、作品の権利はすべて制作者に戻り、他の顧客への販売も可能になります。）※制作前、かつ支払い前であればキャンセル可能です。ご希望の場合はご連絡ください。---------------------------------------納品物の譲渡について有償・無償を問わず、他の方へ譲渡される場合は必ず事前にご連絡ください。［譲渡に伴う費用］
・使用の有無にかかわらず、譲渡に伴う費用（使用料込み）が必ず発生します。
・お支払いが完了するまでは、譲渡先は納品物（イラスト、Vtuber立ち絵）を使用できません。
・金額については内容に応じてご案内いたします。※元の依頼価格は譲渡を想定しておらず、譲渡先の費用をカバーしていません。
※依頼時にあらかじめ譲渡予定であると伝えられていた場合を除きます。［支払いについて］
・譲渡に伴う費用は、譲渡する側・譲渡される側のどちらがお支払いいただいても構いません。
・譲渡前に必ず両者で「どちらが支払うか」を決定し、互いに同意を取ったうえで、その内容をご連絡ください。［適用範囲］
・この費用は、今回の譲渡先にのみ適用されます。
